Hi Andre:

The "empty" message comes up for any collection that  empty in a  
table view, not just the All View. For example, create a new  
collection in tasks view.

As I noted in the bug report (#3107), currently,  the text that is  
displayed is not customized to the view or collection, i.e. it's  
constant. It is easy to change the text that is shown as long as we  
keep it  constant, however it's probably a few more days of work to  
have it vary depending upon the context.
