[Chandler-dev] Suggestion - Raise priority of implementing VJOURNAL import/export

I suspect that we don't have any VJOURNAL support at this stage but I  
will let Grant confirm this. Judging from the current work queue, I  
suspect that this will have wait until post 1.0.

Changing the menu text so it's not confusing is a reasonable request.
