[Chandler-dev] Performance tinderbox plans

I say + 1 on shutting them down for now.
Obviously performance is a big concern but we still don't have
a clear direction yet on the desktops future (status quo vs. re-
architect).
I don't anticipate any paid staffers having the extra cycles to
maintain these
boxes. This would eventually make a great community project assuming we
had some place to host the boxes safely with in the OSAF organization.
