[Chandler-dev] 0.7.4-rc1 pre-test images available

OK, one final reply to my own email :). I tested all the windows
builds on XP (in Parallels). This covered the Windows. .zip archives
(debug and release) and installers (debug and release), as well as the
corresponding uninstallers. Everything checked out OK.
In all cases, I did some pretty rudimentary testing (app launch,
switch between views, brought up month view, and a recurring reminder
test). Once the build is released to a wider audience, we should
probably run through
<http://chandlerproject.org/Projects/AcceptanceTests>
on at least one platform.
