OK, I created a tags/0.7.4-rc1, and updated the version information. I
ended up updating the version information in 3 different files in the
chandler tree:
- version.py
- Makefile
- distrib/osx/bundle/Info.plist
(The last affects what info is shown in the Finder on OSX).
