[Chandler-dev] "StarterProjects" page not loading in wiki

Hi Chris,

In the meantime, you can check out the "Intern projects page" (http:// 
chandlerproject.org/Journal/TedLeung20060127), not exactly the same  
thing but a fairly good starting point for Chandler Desktop and  
Server projects, big and small.
