[Chandler-dev] Bug prioritization for people running own instance of Cosmo

As Travis and I were reviewing his bugs and we came across this one  
which relates to a feature heavily requested by people who are running  
their own server. We thought it was worth a conversation on the list  
to determine how we should prioritize these kinds of things in the 1.0  
timeframe.

I would like to hear from people re thoughts on whether we should be  
just punting all these types of bugs or whether we should be fixing  
some of them. Should this bug go in the work queue?
