[Chandler-dev] Introduction

Hello there,

My name is Praj. You guys have a very interesting project and I am looking
forward to hearing about all your interesting ideas. My interest was in PPD
and collecting and analyzing requirements and putting them into UML format
so that the Chandler developers can code it out.

Where should I start in learning about your requirements, process,
procedures and the constraints you're operating under?
