Sure, we could have a combined-title-and-notes mode *and* a title-only 
mode.  I'm not sure how we'd cleanly indicate what the toggle did, but 
it's fine in the abstract.

One clarification:  Mimi said something to the effect of "users have to 
manually hit enter to submit in combined-title-and-notes mode".  I think 
  she meant users will have to manually tab to submit (and then hit 
enter), the advantage of title-only mode is people will expect they can 
manually hit enter instead of tabbing to submit :)
