[Chandler-dev] Rolling a 0.7.4.1 release of the Desktop

Ok, that seems good.

Ok.  I'm picturing 0.7.4.1 is branched from 0.7.4 with just 11823  
applied (as opposed to just taking current trunk for 0.7.4.1).

If we wanted the rest of trunk features, then we're really just  
talking about 0.7.5, right?

I also picture having Grant run this whole release, to learn the  
details.  He'll have all needed support as issues come up.
