[Chandler-dev] Quick 'n Dirty Usability improvements for getting users sharing

Whoops, forgot to include instructions.

Underneath the Log in link on the Account Confirmation page:

To set up to share on Chandler Desktop:

1. Go to the File>>Accounts... menu to set up your Chandler Hub  
Sharing account.
2. Select 'Chandler Hub Sharing' from the list of accounts on the left.
3. Enter your username and password.
4. Click [Test...] to make sure the account is working.
5. Click [Okay] to save the account.
6. Select a collection to Publish.
7. Go to the Share>>Publish menu.
8. Click [Publish]
9. Send around the 2 URLs you are given to invite others to view or  
view and edit this collection.
