[Chandler-dev] Quick 'n Dirty Usability improvements for getting users sharing

How quickly can we do the following?

1. Add instructions to the 'account confirmation' page when signing  
up for a Chandler Hub account explaining how to set up and share in  
Chandler Desktop.

2. Automatically generate 2 tickets for all Chandler Hub collections,  
regardless of where they're created. https://

3. Enable the Share>>Publish menu even if you don't have a sharing  
account set up and pop-up a dialog re-directing you to set up your  
Hub account. (I think we had this working before.)

While still not ideal, implementing these 3 relatively simple fixes  
will greatly improve on the set up process today.

This doesn't address things like:
+ Making it clear to users that they *can* share
+ Making it easy to understand the difference between backing up and  
syncing your own data and sharing with others
+ Automatically syncing all collections between Desktop and Hub (for  
yourself)
+ Guiding users through setting up accounts with a wizard
