[Chandler-dev] iGoogle QE log-in screen.

Jeffrey and I have been discussing some tweaks to the QE Login Screen:

Adding a couple of links to the log-in screen:
- Jeffrey, can we make it the same size as the hint text for the  
[Send] button (Ctrl-S) in the QE widget.
- The links should be 20px below the [Log in] button and 10 pixels  
above the bottom of the widget.

Also, can we change the title of the widget to "Chandler - Quick  
Entry" and point it to chandlerproject.org instead?
