[Chandler-dev] Chandler The Open Notebook? - New Landing Page and Product Tour

A notebook you can organize, back up and share!

Here is pass 1 at a new landing page / product tour (feature list)  
and quick start guide.

This is by no means DONE. I imagine we will continuously tweak and  
improve this. Currently, there is still a lot that's missing, including:

- Link to Log in from the landing page
- User Stories and User Quotes on the landing page
- An end-to-end story of how we guide users from download thru  
setting up to share
- Review of Quick Start Guide instructions
- Screenshots of nifty new separate detail view in Product Tour and  
Feature List

I also need help figuring out how to put the product tour screenshots  
in a slideshow that I can control. Currently, I'm using flickr, but  
it doesn't seem to allow me to show the screens at full size  
(640x480) nor does it allow me to control the speed of the slideshow  
(it's way to fast right now!).
