[Chandler-dev] [Proposal] Simplify Blog Categories

I'm pretty sure this should be trivial, but just wanted to make sure  
this is the plan:

We'll be renaming Cosmo -> Chandler Server, rather than creating a new  
category, correct?

Otherwise this sounds fine to me.
