[Chandler-dev] 0.14 Hub Update

Ah, second update, I think I've found the problem. We're using gij for  
the build, when I manually use jrockit everything is fine. My task,  
then, is to get the build process to use jrockit. I'll update here as  
appropriate, but I expect this will be the end of the build problem,  
and I'll leave things the way they are for now for the sake of  
stability :)
