Hi Folks,

I'd like to get Phil Jones' patch to Desktop quick entry
(http://svn.osafoundation.org/sandbox/pjones/refactoring-quickentry.diff)
into the trunk.  It didn't quite make it in in time for Preview, would
it be reasonable to add it for 0.7.1?

It isn't an interop change, its main purpose is to expose quick entry so
it can be changed by plug-ins.  I think the patch is fairly safe.
