[Chandler-dev] 0.7.1 feedback analysis

We got 112 reports, mostly on Linux and Windows. Median time between
failure is still really low at about 3 minutes, but the highest is
almost 8 days.

I filed 6 bugs to track the most reported issues (each one reported at
least twice and by at least two persons).
