[Chandler-dev] 0.7.2 will branch in two days

We'll branch in a couple of days for 0.7.2, so any fixes you want to be
included for that release must land before the branch point.

A reminder that we won't accept any branch landings this late; you must
wait for the trunk to open for 0.7.3 development. Also, please hold off
on any other risky changes and land them in 0.7.3.
