[Chandler-dev] Chandler Preview 0.7.2 and forward?

May be I used too much words but when I said "it should continue to say 
"Preview" as long as we feel it doesn't have the 1.0 feature set." that 
implied in my mind that the first non-Preview release would be 1.0, hence 3)
