[Chandler-dev] Release number and date on chandlerproject.org

We could keep the top text/graphic at "0.7" and mention the version  
number next to the product download areas. See mock-up: http:// 
clith.com/chandler.html

By the way, why isn't there a green download arrow next to "Download  
and run your own Chandler Sharing Server"? It seems hidden away down  
in the bottom-right corner. (I put one in my mock-up)
