[Chandler-dev] Chandler Preview 0.7.2 and forward?

We need to agree on what "Preview" means first or we can't decide to
drop it or not. To me, "Preview" meant "ready for use but not 1.0 yet".
So it's not like an alpha (incomplete and buggy) or beta (complete but
buggy) version of a 1.0 so it should continue to say "Preview" as long
as we feel it doesn't have the 1.0 feature set.

Cheers,
- Philippe
