[Chandler-dev] Chandler Preview 0.7.2 and forward?

I was always under the impression that Chandler Preview referred to a
specific release, i.e. 0.7(.0.1). Now that we are past that, I am
proposing that we drop the "preview" thing from further releases. I
filed a bug for it: https://bugzilla.osafoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10864

Some people feel that Preview refers more to the state of how things
are, and since there isn't a big difference between 0.7.0.1 and now, or
even the upcoming 0.7.2, it is still justified to use Preview.

Some may also feel that until we hit 1.0 we will be in a preview mode.

So what do you think we should do:

1) Drop preview now, so that 0.7.2 will no longer have it.
2) Drop preview some time before 1.0, when we think we are suitably
non-preview.
3) The first non-Preview release should be 1.0.
4) Something else, please describe.

I would like us to reach consensus before the end of the week.
