[Chandler-dev] Ubuntu RAMDISK experiment

Andi had an idea about making Tinderboxes build Chandler on a RAMDISK to
make builds finish faster. I did some tests on Ubuntu, as it turns out
it is pretty easy to enable RAMDISKs on Linux
(http://www.vanemery.com/Linux/Ramdisk/ramdisk.html).

The bottom line is that it does not seem worth the effort:

make db            was 1% faster on RAMDISK
./tools/rt.py -u   was 1% faster on RAMDISK
./tools/rt.py -f   was 8% faster on RAMDISK
