[Chandler-dev] Chandler trunk is OPEN and has been set to version 0.7.2.dev

Hi,

Following 0.7.1 branching, I moved all non fixed 0.7.1 to 0.7.future and 
started to migrate some to 0.7.2. I'll continue working on migrating 
bugs to 0.7.2 over the next few days working with PPD on this.
