[Chandler-dev] multiweek branch test build

Kudos and congrats to everyone who contributed to making the multweek
view happen! Very slick, very useful...immediate new insights into my
schedule.

I basically smoke-tested it, and filed two bugs. Bug 11367 is about not
being able to start up with an exisitng 0.7.3 repo. Maybe the schema
needed bumping? Bug 11368 is a minor issue with the display of some
anytime events subscribed via ical.
