Great. Have you looked at how we used to do rpm's? There's
chandler/tools/distribute.py script which calls the rpm creation script
in internal/installers/rpm. There are probably some problems with it,
but it does seem to still create an rpm.

Could you let us know the exact svn revision you pulled, and the exact
steps you did to make?
