[Chandler-dev] Anyone using pychecker on chandler?

We have two lint-like tools for Chandler, one is pychecker and the other
pylint. I use pylint all the time, as it can be integrated with Eclipse
pydev plugin, but I find I am not using pychecker at all.

I am proposing we remove pychecker from the tree.

If you are using it, please respond ASAP.
