[Chandler-dev] Chandler source tree is CLOSED, branching 0.7.2

I'm branching the Chandler trunk to create a 0.7.2 branch and will  
change the trunk to 0.7.3

I will also then create a 0.7.2 Release Candidate 1 build

The source tree should be considered CLOSED - I will post when it has  
been re-opened.
