[Chandler-dev] recent chandler/plugins and chandler/projects activity requires some manual rm action

If you updated from SVN and got Andi's change (revision 14506) when you 
next update you will get my backing-out of that revision.

This will cause an svn error for chandler/projects

The fix is to rm -rf projects/ and do an svn up.
