After your next 'svn update' you need to get the latest chandlerdb version
by running in 'chandler':
make chandlerdb - OR -
make
This update introduces an item values loading optimization.
When an item is loaded, all its values are now loaded in bulk instead of one
by one, which seems to be about 45% faster.
