[Chandler-dev] Problems building external/python

Well, it was a clean checkout, so realclean wasn't necessary,. Nope,
I didn't do a "make to-python". I just cd'ed to external/python and
did a "make".

Hm, looking at the build instructions page, I see now it mentions
this in the preamble. I missed it since I skipped down to the steps
for building. I'll edit the page to put the explicit info in the
instructions, because I believe I've made this mistake before. I'll
add the 'realclean' as well for those without freshly checked-out
sources.

Thanks John!
