After your next 'svn update' you need to get the latest chandlerdb version
by running in 'chandler':
      make chandlerdb  - OR -
      make

This update improves on yesterday's update in two ways:
    - 'changed' notifications now try to use a new DIRTYAGAIN value flag
      which is reset every time it is checked thereby avoiding including
      changed attributes in the 'dirties' tuple that have been notified about
      before but that haven't changed since then.
    - when 'dirties' is empty because of this new optimization, the
      notification is skipped.
