[Chandler-dev] Encrypted passwords have landed

Yesterday I landed my password branch to the trunk, so now all builds
will encrypt email and sharing account passwords.

The default master password which is used is "" (which is really no
protection at all). You can change it from the File > Protect
passwords... menu.

If you use personal parcels to load account information, you will need
to change them. See http://wiki.osafoundation.org/Projects/ParcelLoading
for a sample.

As usual, if you see any problems, please let me know (or file bugs).
