Hmmm ... In the detail view we allow "Custom" reminders, too, no?

I'm thinking they should apply to the selected row/occurrence only:
applying to all would be weird when the reminder fired, because it
would be unclear which occurrence it related to.
As a chandler-dev@ aside, it's a bug if calling
occurrenceRemindable.userReminderTime = None
doesn't so the right thing. Which it might currently not :)
