[Chandler-dev] perf suggestions - comments?

While waiting for tests to finish, I had a couple of ideas for 
performance improvements that I jotted down in bugs for further study... 
I CC'd the folks who I thought would be most directly affected, but I'd 
appreciate comments from anyone:

Rearrange ContentItem class chain for performance

For perf, don't use an observer to set triageStatusChanged
