[Chandler-dev] dialog size

I run on Windows XP, and I haven't seen these over-sized dialogs. Could
it be the screen resolution or something? I run 1024 by 768 on one PC
and 1280? by 1024? (sorry, not at that PC), but haven't seen this
behavior on either.
