[Chandler-dev] Continuous build rev numbers

Good catch and thanks!

What happened is I updated the distribution process to create  
appropriate values in version.py for continuous and other tinderbox  
builds but, as you found, did not tell the tinderbox script to make  
sure version.py was "clean" before the next run.

I've made that change in revision 14728.
