[Chandler-dev] Updated Feeds Parcel Tutorial

Hi all,

	I updated the Feeds Parcel tutorial that takes you through the  
creation of the Feeds extension for Chandler.  Grant and I went  
through it and it seems to be a little more complicated than it needs  
to be, and I believe Grant is going to file a bug for that.  As of  
now the tutorial has updated code and should work.  I have attached  
it to this email so that someone (Philippe?) can replace http:// 
chandler.osafoundation.org/docs/0.7/feeds-tutorial.html with this  
updated tutorial.
