[Chandler-dev] Follow-up question about progress reports

Hello,

As I have mentioned in my previous message to the design list, I have
started working on the progress reports functionality for chandler.
Currently, progress report is created as a response to the Quick entry field
"/report". In order not to add too much code in the event handler of the
QuickEntry, I am thinking to store all the functionality checking the
collections and aggregating items for reports in a separate file or a
package.

My understanding of the design considerations of Chandler is still poor, so
I would like to consult with you, guys, whether there is a recommended
location for this kind of module or package that will conform with the
chandler design and guidelines.
