[Chandler-dev] python upgraded to 2.5.1-3 - icon change only

Andi ran into an issue that some others may also run into with the 
latest Python build change -- you need to be using SVN client 1.3+

If your running full builds and your SVN client is earlier than 1.3 you 
will get an error when the Python Makefile tries to export the icon 
set.
