While I don't have a strong opinion on how tests are excluded, I
think this is the issue that most people (e.g. Dan & Bear) really
care about. So, would it be possible to have a single file that makes
it easy for people to control the running of all the recorded
scripts? If this isn't too hard and is preferred by the people who
have to use it, maybe we should consider implementing it.
