[Chandler-dev] More bug scrubbing today @ 10am and about bug SWAG

Hi,

As you've certainly noted, we've been doing tons of bug triaging 
recently: we spent 2 hours Tuesday afternoon digging through SWAG medium 
and big P3 bugs and I went though all P5 and almost all P4 yesterday.

We will be doing another 2 hours session this morning @ 10am (in Gotham 
for those in Howard street), punting more of the P3 backlog. We'll 
certainly will continue to do more bug scrubbing in the weeks separating 
us from Code Complete.

There's one thing devs can do to help us make good decision when 
scrubbing: SWAG and comment bugs assigned to you. This really helps us 
tremendously.
