[Chandler-dev] Recent dump -> export name changes also changed Export/Reload dialog behaviour

Aparna pointed out that the connection between the name change and the 
dialog behaviour may not be obvious.

When the references to Dump were changed to Export the default 
extension for Export files was changed from *.dump to *.chex

What this means is if you are in the "Reload Items" dialog you will 
find that your *.dump files are not enabled by default.  To enable them 
you need to change the "Enable" drop-down control from "Export files" 
to "Dump files".
