[Chandler-dev] Do we have a preference where Tracebacks should be in bugs?

Lately I've been noticing people submitting bugs with the tracebacks 
contained in attachments. 

I personally have a strong preference that if the traceback is not 
unreasonably long that it be pasted into the body of the bug. 

I like to search for parts of tracebacks fairly often and find this only 
works if the traceback is in  the body of the bug.  I find this 
especially useful when checking to see if a bug for a traceback already 
exists.

I would like it if we had a convention that Tracebacks should be in the 
body of the bug.  What other folks think about this idea?
