[Chandler-dev] distrib/docs and Preview

Given that Bear fixed the generated docs, and that we now have a better 
"home" page for developers, I'm going with do-no-more-and-close-the-bug 
as the next action on this one.

At some point we could clean up the css for some docs (including links 
back to chandlerproject.org), but perhaps we can tackle that when we 
actually tackle documentation and other dev support.

Bear, you logged the bug originally, speak up if there is something 
particular you want done for Preview.
