[Chandler-dev] Chandler Desktop reaches Code Complete!

Hi,

The QA Team went through a day long test session testing Chandler 
Desktop against the most recent Cosmo build and have seen no critical 
issue cropping up:
- All functional test passed
- No bug reopened
- No bug logged

The Bug Council then decided to press the Code Complete button and 
declare that milestone reached! Congrats everyone!... :)

The immediate consequence is that we're now entering the "commit 
restriction zone", enforcing code review and such (see previous thread 
http://lists.osafoundation.org/pipermail/chandler-dev/2007-July/008551.html 
for all the details). In order not to jerk the boat though, we're not 
going to enforce those rules before tomorrow morning. So go ahead and 
commit those last little pet code fixes tonight if you have some waiting 
in your queue.
