[Chandler-dev] RunChandler scripts - remove them or not?

On Linux the launchers are the chandler and chandlerDebug bash scripts.
On Linux the launchers are the chandler.exe and chandlerDebug.exe
binaries. On Mac they are some magic things that get executed when you
click the Chandler icon ;)
