[Chandler-dev] RunChandler scripts - remove them or not?

I think it is a good idea to do this. That said I am a little unsure
if I understand all the ways you will be able start Chandler with after
this change, Heikki mentioned

./release/RunPython -O Chandler.py

but presumably there are other ways as well. I confess complete
ignorance of knowing what it means to "use the launchers".

Can someone describe what options will be available to start Chandler
after this change, or point me towards documentation of this?

thanks
-Dan
