[Chandler-dev] RunChandler scripts - remove them or not?

I have modified tools/do_tests.sh, tools/regress.py, utils/autolog.py 
and a couple of references in comments to RunChandler.  Grant noticed a 
reference in the feeds tutorial and was kind enough to edit that 
reference.

So, with no negative replies and all references to RunChandler (that I 
have found :) removed - I will be removing them from the launchers 
tarball and updating chandler to use the new version.
